Kent Tekulve

Kent has established himself as one of baseball’s most successful relief pitchers. Ranking among the best in games, saves, and relief wins.  With an unconventional sidearm pitch, Tekulve was a challenge for both left-handers and right-handers in the league.  He played for the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1974 – 1984.
