Starting next week, we will be providing at the 6:00 p.m. Saturday night mass and the  9:15 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. masses on Sunday the option to receive communion under both forms, the Host and the Precious Blood.  You will also notice that the Eucharistic Ministers will not be in robes and will sit in the congregation and not be a part of the entrance procession for Mass.  The reason for this change is so that our parish may more faithfully adhere to the liturgical norms of the Church, affirming the Eucharist ministerial liturgical function as extra-ordinary ministers exercising this ministry as a lay ministry.

I want to also express my gratitude to all our Eucharistic Ministers for their dedication and their sense of reverence.

FURNACE FUND:  We have received an anonymous gift of $30,000.00 for our Furnace Fund.  Thank you so much to this very generous donor.  The extra monies collected will be used for the Parish.

P.S.P.     Please remember our Parish Share Pledge Campaign.  If your circumstances permit, we are requesting an offering of $30.00 or $40.00 per month.

         Fr. Michael
